Agree it definitely looks like everything is stuck on to the stock poster.
For anyoneunaware and that may be interested, there is on the part of the lobby card section with the title of the film, under the word Worlds a faint For General Exhibition Australian censorship stamp that was applied originally when used in Australia.
How about this then. Coming up on Heritage Auctions on a July 24-25 signature auction of movie posters the following great rare Australian daybill posters are included.
WOW! And there are some other nice titles in this auction as well.
There has been some speculation about who consigned the posters to HA. To dispel any rumours - it is not me! Those posters have all passed through my hands over the years but were sold privately at varying times. Another collector is the consignor.
This particular Ben Hur daybill is the exact same poster which was included here for discussion on the forum in the Hondo's This And That Thread in November and December of 2021,
With the HA auction coming to an end shortly the Australian poster frontrunner that is currently well ahead with a bid of $4,600 is The Batman daybill.
I will be certainly interested in seeing the final results.

Batman (aka The Batman) sold for $5,750 U.S. which isn't bad.
The auction is still in progress with Casablanca results to come.
Casablanca sold for $5,500 U,S,. The other Australian poster highlight from the auction.
