Looks like the poster you got is from a rerelease of the film in 1989.
You should check emovieposter's past sales for a good idea on prices. You have to register, but it's free, and you will be using the site in the future, believe me.

Hi Ryan. Welcome to the forum. The only precise answer to your question is whatever someone is willing to pay on the day. 40x60s are uncommon. That both helps and hurts their value. Helps because of the rarity, and hurts because most collectors concentrate on 1 sheet posters (27x41)

Hard Day's Night - $300-$900 depending on condition and the market that day (for the original release - the B/W 80's re-release goes for under $50.)

Again, don't take anything I say a gospel. First, Bruce tends to get a bit better than average wholesale for his material. You'd pay more from a dealer, but get less if you tried to sell it to one. Second, once again it is very dependent on condition. Third, in any auction, it depends on who is looking that day. As I said, 40x60 can be a tough sell.

How do you know that the sigs are authentic?
I'm going to suggest the Tarantino one is suspect for starters...I'm also going to query the Dan Prowse signature.

Most snipes (stickers) can be removed, there are collectors who value/love snipes and insist they stay on, they are inherent to the history of that poster - on or off, the value is in the eyes of the beholder.

Just put them in an Itoya portfolio... I put all my stills, lobbies and even have for czech small posters.

I can't talk to toploaders per se, but I would imagine provided they are of archival grade they would more than do the job.
Mylar/Archival sleeves are surprisingly robust offering excellent protection and making it very easy to handle posters.
