Unknown poster artist

Hi everyone!

I've just picked up this daybill and doing a little research online I was able to find that some OS paper shows the same artwork but with the artist's signature. I'm wondering if anyone has a clue as to who the artist may be?

Possibly Arnaldo Putzu but very hard to tell from your image

I've seen the UK poster and it doesn't seem to have the signature, so now I'm wondering if it's a European artist?
