And...the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show is B-A-C-K! It's been about three months since my last post --- which I totally thought was going to be my final post. I have been occupying my time with a new/old hobby. Years ago (mid-80s -early 2000s) I started doing something on my own that I later found out was a thing called "mail art". Earlier this spring, I "rediscovered" it. Although my hands are starting to be affected by my neuro-muscular disease and I am planning on re-retiring from the hobby very soon, I have been making envelopes to send to friends. Who cares, right? Why mention it here? Because, as a movie poster lover/addict all of my life, most of my envelopes are designed to look like mini, horizontal movie posters for fake (mostly horror) movies. "THE HOUSE ON CEMETERY HILL" and "SLUMBER PARTY EXORCISM" are just some of the titles. If I can't BUY the posters I want--I can always make up my own, right? If you want a peek at my envelopes, I've been blogging them. The most recent one is HERE.
But back to REAL posters. I do have some today. I have the usual 10 and, believe it or not, NOT all of them suck. In fact, many I am quite pleased with. Take a gander if you please...
THE BAD GUYS:
I know what you are thinking. Why does he need this poster for some animated thing no one will probably remember in 5 years. This poster was FREE. Beggers (ME) can't be chosers. I'll take it.
BLACK PHONE (Teaser):
I am NO fan of the photo poster---but the days of art seem pretty much gone. However, I am looking forward to seeing this adaptation of Joe Hill's BLACK PHONE. I've only read a few of Mr. Hill's books thus far, but he seems like a worthy successor (along with his brother Owne King) to his father's, Stephen King, legacy. I just hope he doesn't inherit the crappy adaptation curse that his father seems to have. Ha! (And...this poster was totally inexpensive.)
HOLOCAUST 2000 (aka THE CHOSEN) (Thai):
I know I saw this flick (under it's US release title of THE CHOSEN), but don't remember much about it other than it was a Euro-flick and a knock-off of THE OMEN. Not that I needed this--but why not? It was cheap ($12). I need something to amuse me now and again.
Ooooo I wanted to see this when it came out. But, of course, I didn't play anywhere near me for MILES. When I went to the little local theater here on the island to see DOWNTON ABBEY (Calm down. I was taking my mom! Jeepers!), they had a small box in the corner from which they were giving away posters. I scored THE BAD GUYS above from the box...and amazingly, THIS one. I guess it may have been booked at one time, but the booking was canceled or something. The movie never played there. (I was watching for it.) I've still yet to see it---but I am thrilled to have scored this poster--for FREE--for Ti West's slasher flick (is it?) set inside of the porno industry circa the 1970s (???). Sounds amazing.
X... THE UNKNOWN:
I only saw this film sometime last year for the first time. I had no idea it was part of the QUARTERMASS series. The one sheet went cheap--which is the only reason I now have it.
SAVAGE STREETS:
Linda Blair's career peaked with THE EXORCIST in 1973. Since that time, although I will still watch her in anything (even if her acting is sometimes god-awful), her career has been circling the drain, with movies getting worse and worse and worse (Or better, depending on your perspective--but the quality has certainly lessened). Following THE EXORCIST, she was still A-list for a while with BORN INNOCENT, AIRPORT '75, and SARAH T. - PORTRAIT OF AN TEENAGE ALCOHOLIC. Then EXORCIST II: THE HERETIC came...and it was a nosedive downhill from there. ROLLER BOOGIE, HELL NIGHT, THE LOVE BOAT, FANTASY ISLAND. In 1983, ten years after THE EXORCIST, she had a nude scene in RED HEAT. That was sort of the start of a brief B-Movie renaissance for Ms. Blair. SAVAGE STREETS, the next one to come out, is a gritty little exploitation gem that takes its cues from DEATH WISH. On her IMDB page, after THE EXORCIST, SAVAGE STREETS is shown as her most popular project. Trashy and tasteless, I am thrilled to have this.
THE FUNHOUSE:
I have the other, more common copy of THE FUNHOUSE one sheet (the closeup of the creepy mouth), but this clown version has been ellusive. and far more interesting, I think. Although I might already have one somewhere, I really don't think so. The movie was just okay...but I am glad to get this version of the poster. Hooray!
KINGDOM OF SPIDERS:
Beleve it or not, this is an amazingly hard poster to track down. I've been trying to get one for 40 years! Some have popped up over the years, but they were always torn from my grasp one way or another. This copy is not in the best shape ever, but the movie is a grindhouse classic. A less than perfect poster fits in with that grindhouse aesthetic. It will display fine.
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK (1982 re-release):
Oh my stars... I got this about the time I posted my quasi-farewell post. I'd had a bid on it then...and, although I didn't expect to win, it became mine. It was only afterwards that I actually paid attention and saw that it was a re-release. Waaaagh. I paid way too much for a re-release (Money I can NOT afford!) The Force was and was not with me that day, I guess. Into a drawer this goes... Hopefully it will be worth more than I paid for it eventually.
THE INVISIBLE MAN (French re-release):
I should NOT have purchased this. Bad, bad, BAD me. However, I am super happy to have it. I had the smaller size already, but have the 1-panel re-release posters for FRANKENSTEIN and BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN, so I really wanted an INVISIBLE MAN the same size. It did make some money in my piddly bank account disappear (THE INVISIBLE MONEY?), though... EEEK!
And that is it for now. I WILL be back (hopefully) down the road. Until then, happy poster hunting!+
Sorry for being late to the party. Is the popcorn machine still plugged in? Another awesome smattering, running the spectrum from schlock to Claude Rains! I'm not much of a cinephile of any genre, so much of what you post I've never heard of, but it's all cool, and giving the poster/film's backstory and your personal take on it is always a great read. Heck, when the money runs out (and I'm totally with ya there), just go back to the archives and revisit some of the posters you haven't seen or thought about for ages. You don't have to keep buying to keep posting. Your talent, aside from serious poster collecting, is storytelling. Keep it rolling!
Rockabilly777: Hi there! Thanks for popping over and saying hello. I'm glad you like some o' the posters from that post. Yes, others have mentioned recycling posters and writing about them anew. I still have to pull them out, frame, and hang more. I just have to be careful because there is so much damn light coming into the house. I don't want to sun bleach them out. I have a few new ones actually. So a regular new post will probably be in the pipeline eventually. We shall see.
NOT that anyone cares, but here is another post of spooky envelopes I made. They are better than the last batch.and will be the last post for a while again (but not the final post. I'm just taking a break...) You can see it HERE ( https://monsterago-go.blogspot.com/2022/08/last-known-address-mail-art-10.html ) if you like. Or not.
Greetings! The Shock-O-Rama Poster Show is b-a-c-k!!! This time, the posters aren't so great. It's a series of posters for B- (and/or Z-) movies! Yes, it's total trash-o-rama time, a bargain-basement bonanza. (In other words--CHEAP thrills, emphasis on the word "cheap".) O' the horror! Let's take a look...
TIME TRACKERS (Video):
I have no idea what this movie is--but judging from the art, it's some time travel comedy. Actually, I don't even remember where or why I got this. I can guess that it was CHEAP though. (I'm all about the cheap these days...)
WITCHCRAFT (Video):
A few months back, I scored (if you can call it that) a poster for, I think, WITCHCRAFT III. I have NEVER seen the WITCHCRAFT movies, all ( I believe) were direct-to-video erotic-horror cheapies. (I just looked it up. As of this writing, there are 16 in the series! WHY?) While it might be fun to track the actual flicks down and give them a watch some day (or NOT), when this first poster in the series came along--and was cheap--I thought why not?
INSPECTOR CLOUSEAU:
This movie is sort of an enigma. According to Wikipedia, it IS part of the PINK PANTHER canon, but neither Blakle Edwards, Peter Sellers, or Henri Mancini were involved. The film is largely unknown and is usually not included with PINK PANTHER sets (although it was in an "ultimate" set in 2008). I've never seen it--nor have I really need to see it. The poster came along and was (What's that magic word again?) cheap---so...
LONG JEANNE SILVER:
Oh my stars! I am not sure why I bought this poster. (The blue patch is NOT on the actual poster.) It's for a porn flick, but I've never seen it. I've just heard of it/about it. Long Jeanne Silver's uh..."stage name" is clearly inspired by the pirate in TREASURE ISLAND, Long John Silver. And what was Long John Silver noted for? His peg leg. From what I understand, the lead "actress" in this presentation has a natural peg leg, as in she has a stump at the end of her leg--no foot. And, oh my...I don't even want to think of what she must use it for in an adult movie. EEEW! Again, this may have been cheap, but I really do not know why I felt the need to buy it.
MR. HERCULES AGAINST KARATE:
Believe it or not, but this is a difficult poster to find. I got one years ago when I started tracking down all of the posters for various Hercules movies. Only that first copy--the only copy I'd ever seen up to that time--was in poor condition with scotch tape all over it. Blah! This one is in super shape and came to me from... Colombia! Never seen it. I'm sure it's trash. (And yes, the poster was cheap!)
THE TOUCH OF MELISSA (aka THE TOUCH OF SATAN):
I am not sure, but I belive this film was what I saw advertised on TV as a 6 year old in 1971. I remember that ad as my parents both told me to close my eyes so I wouldn't be scared. I did--but only for a moment. I was hooked on horror ever since. Unfortunately, this film is a total turd. I'm not sure about its origins. IMDB and Wikipedia both say it was released in 1971. IMDB lists THE TOUCH OF SATAN as the original title, whereas Wiki says this was the oiriginal name. I am inclinded to believe the Wiki version, as the poster with SATAN in the title talks about exorcism, which really didn't come into vogue until 1973 when THE EXORCIST came out and was a smash hit. Granted the novel of THE EXORCIST also came out in 1971, but only about two months before this flick. I think Wiki got the original title (MELISSA) correct. I knew what it was as soon as I saw it on eBay--and it was also cheap! But I sweated it out, waiting for it to get near the auction's close before bidding on it, thinking I had a rare find. I really hadn't seen many copies over the years...but then I realized eMovie has had a few copies lately in their lot offerings. Ha! There's no treasure here--just an obscure poster for that first fright flick that (at least it's promotional commercial) put horror on the map for me.
TORTURE DUNGEON (Pressbook):
Anyone who has been reading my poster posts knows that for YEARS (long before the Severin box set momentarily made it briefly cool and hip) that I have been a "fan" (if that is the right word--which it isn't, but I can't think of what the right word would be. A "fascinationist" perhaps?) of the works of Andy Milligan. I have copies of all of his horror theatrical one sheets (except for THE BODY BENEATH) and a few of his non-horror posters as well. But I have never had a pressbook for a Milligan film. I was super curious as to what sort of inane description and fake press a Milligan film would have---so this one came up--cheap--and I snagged it.
INFERNO (Spanish):
This is in Spanish, but I don't believe a one sheet in English exists for Dario Argento's INFERNO. I stumbled on this one--cheap--also in Colombia. (The dealer was there--NOT me.) Since there is no apparent English one sheet for the film, I thought why not get this one? Of course, it was only later that I realized that, gee, I already have one. Oh well...
DR. CALIGARI:
I LOVED this very avant-garde 80s flick when it came out in 1989. I rushed to see it opening day, only to be turned away because the film had not been delivered yet. Undeterred, I went back the next day and saw it. It's such an odd, colorful, bizarre film. It's obscure and people either love it or hate it, it seems. I do remember that this is the last movie I saw before I got glasses. I already have a copy or two of this poster. I just couldn't resist another (and it was cheap).
CAT-WOMEN OF THE MOON:
While definitely a B- (or Z-) movie (and in 3D to boot...although 3D is nowhere mentioned on the poster), unlike the other posters in today's post, this was decidedly NOT cheap. Ha! But how ludicrious! Women running around in leotards acting cat-like. Ha! And on the moon, no less. They don't get much more cheesy than this. I am ever so delighted to have this. It's not perfect, but that's okay. I wouldn't trade it for a "deadly cave of forbidden moon-gold!" Ha!
And there you have it--a B- (Z-?) rated post about B- (Z-) movie posters. Just like the no-budget filmmakers of yesteryear, they were living the dream despite an empty wallet. I'm still trying to live my poster dreams, too.
And...we are B-A-C-K!!! It's only taken 1 1/2 months, but here we are. I need to remind you that I am o' so poor these days. My offerings today may not be of much interest, but they are all I have to share at the moment. I'll tell you what. You've been a kind and loyal audience all of these years. Because the posters are not going to knock anyone out of the park (or even off a bleacher), tonight's poster show is on me. NO COST! Totally FREE! Deal? (The snack bar is a whole other story though. You are on your own there.) Okie dokie, let's get this show going...
AFTER MEIN KAMPF:
I'm not sure why I decided to get the poster, other than than it was cheap--and the listing was pulled by eBay. I got this from a dealer in South America. I'd been watching the listing (as well as others). It expired. It was relisted, but ended shortly there after. I guess eBay censored it? The seller didnt know why it happened, but he relisted it again-- but listed it in Spanish. I am no Nazi sympathist, and am appalled by the actions of the fascists of WWII. This poster is for a documentary about the atrocities the Nazis committed. I have never seen the film and don't intend to. But I had also never seen the poster before, either. Nazisploitation films (LOVE CAMP 7, SS GIRLS, ILSA: SHE-WOLF OF THE SS, etc) I can differentiate from the real horrors of the war. But censoring the poster for a documentary? Wow! I guess that, even though it has been nearly 80 years since WWII, it won't matter if it's been 80 or 800 years, the horrible stain on history that the atrocities of Hitler's regime have left will forever make it a sensitive and taboo subject for many. I don't know if finding this poster (which seems to be a rarity. I had never seen one before.) was a good, historical find or an abomination. I mean no harm or disrespect in sharing it.
HALLOWEEN ENDS (Advance):
I got this before the feeding frenzy drove the prices up briefly (BEFORE the final release poster was unveiled), but I must say... This has to be the WORST poster of the series. And really? The movie is HALLOWEEN ENDS, not ENDS. Hopefully there will be a better, final poster (I thought at the time. There is, but...).
HALLOWEEN ENDS (International Advance):
This is the same, uninspired poster, but this International version at least has the full title. That is the only reason I bought it.
After the disappointment of the previous advance poster, seeing this one (which is still boring, but better) made me jump and grab it. When I saw this, I still saw NO INDICATION that there would be any further posters for HALLOWEEN ENDS in the US. (There wasn't any for HALLOWEEN KILLS--unlkess I wanted a bus shelter-size.) Note that the film came out the 13th down under instead of the 14th like it did here.
HALLOWEEN ENDS:
So, of course, there IS another poster. It figures. I spotted this the day AFTER buying the similar Australian poster. That also figures. Oh well. I actually accidentally bid against myself for this poster using two different accounts. Ha! OOPS! These will be cheaper in a few weeks/months. (I've seen the poster for the previous flick in the series, HALLOWEEN KILLS, for about $15 recently. There was a feeding frenzy to get one before the movie opened!) I've heard not-so-great things about the flick, but haven't seen it yet. I spent too much for the poster--but that's okay. I don't have to "worry" about getting one later.
PET SEMATARY (remake):
I didn't like the remake and, here we are a few years removed from it, it is already largely forgotten. But what I DID like about it was this final poster. (The advance was kind of nifty, too.) It wasn't all that expensive either.
TWO LOST WORLDS:
Yes, this poster has a few rough patches, but it in overall good shape...and was cheap. I have another copy already. I just picked this up because it is one I rarely see, I think I've seen the two I now own and maybe one other in all of the decades I've been collecting. I've never seen the flick. I'm guessing it must be awful or certainly it would have turned up somewhere over the years on TV or DVD. Or maybe I just missed it?
BARBARIAN:
Lucky me! Though I have not seen the film yet, I do want to. I've heard decent things about it. The poster's not much but...it was FREE. Hooray for that. I got it when seeing a 3D movie (listed further down) when I asked if they had any old posters. They gave me a box to dig through. In fact, I didn't notice it at the time, but there are actually TWO copies of it rolled together. Double bonus!
BEAST (Advance):
I actually saw this flick. It was good, but it reminded me of CUJO, set in Africa, with a killer lion instead of a Saint Bernard. Why did I get the poster? At the theater mentioned above, this was in the box. I snagged it. It was also, I later found out, double rolled with a second copy inside. Bonus Again! WHOO HOO!
THE INVITATION (Advance):
I did see this as well and am pleased to have scored the poster--also for free from that same theater. However, this one was only a single. That's okay. I'm poor. I'll happily, HAPPILY take it.
STRANGE WORLD (Advance A):
When I first saw this poster hanging in a theater, I was immediately drawn to it and knew I wanted a copy. From the creature with the curled-up tail, the color scheme, and just the whole bizarreness of the landscape, it looks interesting...and like a possible return to traditional animation? (Or will these be Pixar computer animation?) Bonus attraction for me is the faux vintage look given to the poster (fake fold lines on this rolled poster). The movie--at least what I can see of it here--looks interesting to me. We shall see...
DELUSION:
I have been after one of these for years! I've never seen the flick, but the artwork is clearly riffing (or ripping off) the C. Allan Gilbert 1892 painting ALL IS VANITY. That is why I was attracted to this poster. Apparently others are, too. I have tried and tried to get this over the years and am always outbid or it has gone far higher than I wanted to pay. This one was shockingly inexpensive and I was the only bidder. Ha! FINALLY!!
JAWS (2022 re-release):
I have an original JAWS already, but the original JAWS now in 3D!?! Hello???!!! Gimmick! Gotta get it...and gotta SEE it! I saw it at the last (only) showing of the last day it was playing. According to the usher, no one had been to see it since the weekend. WHAT!?! I realize it's 47 years old, but come on! It's a great classic and on the big screen! And in 3D!! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see it in IMAX, but the 3D added some great depth. The overall film looked great, too. And, man... there truly are some amazing shots in the flick. The best part? Before the movie, there was a preview for a special 3D version of George Romero's 1979 zombie epic, DAWN OF THE DEAD this Halloween. Yowza! I am so there...and looking for the poster already. Ha!
CRUEL JAWS:
Oh my stars! This poster is not in perfect shape, but YOWZA! I had NEVER seen a poster for this God-awful (yet, oddly fun) JAWS ripoff, CRUEL JAWS! And it is in English. Zowie! I had to get it.
And that's it for the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show this time. It sometimes amazes me that it still somehow continues to keep limping along. Up next--and hopefully fairly soon--is an "update" post. It won't be new posters. Instead it will be showing things I've recently framed, etc. I hope to have it up before Halloween.
Halloween Ends is definitely better with Jamie Lee. Hoping to grab one for myself. I like Strange World. I guess Terrifier 2 posters will be hard to find

Hi Rick! Thanks for the heads up on TERRIFIER 2. I had NO IDEA the movie was out, playing theatrically (wasn't the first one straight to video?), or had a one sheet! Yes, i agree. The HALLOWEEN ENDS poster is better with Jamie Lee Curtis...but still no winner. And the film itself? I was horribly disappointed. The iconic series goes out with a whimper... Oh well. Thanks foir the visit. CHEERS!
Loving the Strange World, might have to see if I can grab one myself.
Yes...there are other styles out now for STRANGE WORLD (at least one...but possibly more). But I like this one. I hope the film is a winner. It looks interesting. Thanks for checking in. CHEERS!
Welcome back! The year is winding down and this is more than likely my final post for the year. (But don't think for a minute that I'll not try to forage on and start working on posts for next year. Au contrare! I actually already have a poster for that post--whenever it happens. I managed to squeeze out 7 posts this year. Last year it was 17. The year before that it was 25. My dwindling output is not due to a dwindling, lack of interest. It's simple economics (I'm dead broke.) and my health issues keep me from doing a lot of things (like real, live poster shopping instead of just the online kind.) It is what it is and I'll continue this passion of mine as long as possible.
Things being what they are, while there are a couple of goodies to be shared, most of the post is decidedly sub my usual standards. Beggars can't be choosers.
But let's take a look and see what I have for you today...
LYLE, LYLE, CROCODILE:
You are probably staring incredulously at this first title and asking yourself, What? Is he kidding? Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile? WTF? I do understand the confusion and bewilderment. Let me just back up a bit and remind you of my life currently. I am very poor now. This was FREE. I guess I don't need to post every free thing I get from now on (especially if it is crap like this), but we will save that lesson learned for next time.
DON'T WORRY DARLING (Adv):
More free poster goodness. Well, this poster isn't much to look at. The movie was at least very interesting (although flawed). And when I snagged this poster, I later found that there was a second copy of it in the roll. Bonus!
DON'T WORRY DARLING (Teaser):
Yet another freebie. This teaser is a tad more interesting than the advance above. But I still have questions about the flick.
PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE (British video poster):
I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought this. Just shake your head and walk away...
Believe it or not, by the time I stumbled on this poster, I had heard of KING KUNG FU. The seller had it listed as KING KONG FU...easy mistake (or perhaps he was trying to trick someone into buying this turd?) I bought it--just because I'm a KONG fan, and this 1976 release was made to obviously cash in on the Dino De Laurentiis remake that year. But--it looks BAD. (The trailer is HERE: https://youtu.be/X3_MMO4730Q ) It looks like a flick that went from here to obscurity...except in my poster collection.
VIOLENT NIGHT:
I don't know what this flick is? A crime movie? Horror? A knock off on SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT? I have no idea---but saw the poster and snatched it up just in case it becomes a hit (or a cult hit). His candy cane is on fire? What???
JENNIE, WIFE/CHILD:
Hot dang! I've been kind of after one of these for years. Poor white trash exploitation fun...even though I've never seen this particular movie. I'll bet it is a hoot.
Q:
A while back I got a poster for this film under the alternate title of THE WINGED SERPENT with completely different art. This is the more common title (Q) and art--at least they are the ones I am most familiar with. I saw this for sale---why not?
A BOY AND HIS DOG:
I've wanted one of these posters for ages. I remember seeing this playing all of the time when we first got cable back in the late 70s or early 80s. It's about a "boy" (i.e. young man, Don Johnson) and his dog (that speaks telepathically). I don't remember much about it, but I did like it. Getting this poster has proven difficult, as well. The more common poster, the re-release with a smiling nuclear explosion mushroom cloud, is dull. I wanted this original release. Also note that the film takes place in 2024...just a tad over a year away from now.
THE DEADLY ORGAN:
This is my prize this time around! Zowie! Just look at this day-glo wildness! If I understand correctly, this movie hails from Argentina and was also released as FEAST OF FLESH. I actually have a novelization of this flick! REALLY! "Tuned in and turned on..." and framed and waiting to go up on the wall.
That's it for the posters this time, but I've forgotten to share my faux horror movie poster envelopes with you the last several postings. If you are interested, you can check out different batches here and hereand here and here, also here, and finally here.
I am still working on a special UPDATE post I had hoped to get done by now--and may get done before the end of the year--or not. I also have prepared my annual post of my favorite Top 10 poster purchases of the past year---but I'll save that and get it posted later.
Yep, 2022 is just about over. Thank you for continuing to join me this year and keeping the Poster Show alive. I hope your holidays sparkle and are everything you want them to be. Here's to a happy, healthy, and poster-rich new year!
I love the fact that when I look at your poster selections the majority of them will be new to me. These posters do certainly expand my knowledge regarding obscure film tiles, and happily they keep turning up.
Talking about obscure films, I discovered this attractive film poster image on Google a couple of days ago, and despite the name cast I had never heard of this film previously.

Hi Hondo. Thanks for stopping in. I'm glad you like (?) my posters...or, at least, get exposed to new things with them. I am familiar with SPREE and might actually have a poster of it. However, the image showed there is from an early release. Damone and Prowse sued the filmmakers and wanted their names removed, so the poster I (think I) have has a big black bar covering Prowse saying the courts refuse to let the identity of this celebrity be known...or something like that. The filmmakers took a negative against them and exploited it into a gimmick! i love that. Ha! CHEERS!
Great stuff as always! Well done! Just remember, free ain't no four letter word! Oh, wait. Well, at least it's not one of "those" four letter words.
I know... I know... I am happy to get those freebies. I have gotten a few good ones from time to time. Thanks for visiting the page. It's always an honor having you grace it. CHEERS!

Found these two post court ruling produced posters of Spree, including the one you had mentioned.. When I had commented on the Spree poster image that I had posted I had no idea of it's history. It's good to find out something interesting about a film's problems.
There is also this early poster as well that promotes the film's censorship rating angle pre court ruling.
Yes, that's the poster I was referring to. The one below it is also familiar, but I'd never seen the blue on before. Thanks for playing archeologist and digging up those images. Cheers!
Happy new year and welcome back to the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show! It's the first day of the new year and...what? I'm B-A-C-K with a new post already? How is that possible when I'm so poor? It's called freebies from the theater. (I'm not proud. I'll gladly take them!)
But let's take a look quickly. I know you are hung over and/or have games to watch today. Let's get this poster show on the road...
BLACK ADAM:
I am no superhero fan. I did not (and probably never will) see this flick. Why the poster then? It was a free one.
EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE (Advance):
I have no idea what this flick is about. I'd never heard of it. This was a freebie in a box of rolled posters. I could see the googly eyes showing on the rolled poster, was intrigued, and snagged it.
BROS:
The free poster caravan continues with this thing. Never heard of it. Whatever. It was free.
STRANGE WORLD (Advance):
I bought one of these posters awhile back. I found the art and the world creative and imaginative. I dug the pulp lettering of the title and the faux fold lines, trying to make it look rather grindhouse (for an animated movie). But if I already bought one, why get another copy (actually TWO more copies)? Because, of course, it was FREE! Thank you Oak Harbor Cinemas!
I'VE LIVED BEFORE:
As I have done too many times in the past--and stupidly did again (when I can NOT afford anything at all), I bid on a bunch of posters for an auction, walked away expecting to get none...and end up winning things I did not need. Case in point--this one. I already have a copy and this was from Heritage. WOW! It had been so long since I'd purchased from them. I had forgotten how much all of their fees totaled. YIKES! My wallet died again...

EEEK!
Hi there!
Or not.
Cheers!
TIME TRACKERS (Video):
And there you have it--a B- (Z-?) rated post about B- (Z-) movie posters. Just like the no-budget filmmakers of yesteryear, they were living the dream despite an empty wallet. I'm still trying to live my poster dreams, too.
CHEERS! Thanks for visiting the page.
Thanks foir the visit. CHEERS!
CHEERS!
Bonus!
Ha!
