I don't ever remember seeing an image of The Peterville Diamond before. Is it on your website and if not would you mind posting the image. Don't know much about the history of The Southern Studio operation except having a list of films, both daybills, one sheets and 3 sheets they produced that i am aware of. They had a long association with F.Cunninghame and also Warner Bros.. The quality of the artwork ranged from excellent to average and a good percentage of their poster work was for designing re-release material such as the Casablanca 1949 daybill you referred to. Casablanca was by far one of their better efforts.

Sorry was right in the middle of something else, when I came on to add the ADS stuff...
I'm quite partial to this one, especially the cars at the bottom...I would be interested in knowing what else they have done?
An almost unknown all British production I hadn't heard of before. Rather attractive and thanks for sharing the image. All though released in the U.K in 1942 the film appears to have been only released in Australia in 1951 with bookings between 1951 and 1953. No release in the U.S.A. as far as I can see.
There were a couple of titles Southern Studio produced that Simmons printed. These being Key Largo ( no proof but I think it a possibility a RR but I stop short of saying it is ) ) and the High Sierra ( RR ) daybills.
Southern Studio as well at daybills printed one sheets and also three sheets. Southern Studios seemed to have started producing Australian posters around c1949 and the last poster I have found was released in Australia in 1958 and this being Jet Pilot.

Lawrence.
Thank You! I have the While The City Sleeps One Sheet, and am hoping to dig into the Vincent Price stuff tomorrow so will be sure to take a closer look.
On a side note, what do you collect yourself Lawrence? Anything in particular?
I don't collect much these days Ves as i spend most of my spare time researching posters and it seems spending time on the VMPF site. Most of my posters are in storage at present due to a move and some personal matters effecting my life at the moment.
My likes are science fiction, silent movies, RKO, Australian made films Richardson, W.E.Smith, film noir but any thing of quality.
Lawrence.
