Went in today to pick up a couple of posters for a forum member. I must say your recently renovated entrance, reception, hallway and stairs are exquisite. I was served straight away and someone went off to find the posters. I must compliment your choice of lighting and feature décor.

Everyone is so polite and well dressed. (going well so far eh) Lovely to see everyone so busy walking past me with paintings, artwork of all descriptions. Old retired couples bring in the treasured items for auction. The two girls at reception flooded with inquires..........

but your service is fucking woeful. The 5 times I've gone there to pick up posters, I've waited for half an hour on three occasions. This is the 21st century you know.

My advice if you go there is to bring a cut lunch and a portable espresso machine. There's a 60% chance you need them!

In the end I had 3 people apologising to me with excuses of the delay. I walked out mid conversation.

Buyers premium is 20% plus GST....you pay 22% in the end.

they had a title i wanted recently that went quite cheaply but i didn't know about the auction. I wasn't too happy - now paying more than double to get the poster in question
