Why On One And Not Another ?

                                                                                                                                                                     I tried to download this image onto the Payroll Daybill thread with no success, The drop down box doesn't appear properly. This is the third different image where I haven't been able to download successfully. Why will it work on one thread yet not allow me to do so on amother ?

Hmm,  it looks like on some threads you only get to input the image URL  where as on others you can also upload from your desktop...no idea why the difference...but have posted this to the payroll thread using the image URL.
