    Again a good clue.

My final clue is a multiple academy award winner.

No research needed.  341 is Claudette Coulbert in It Happened One Night.  The original 'road' comedy.
It certainly is Claudette Colbert from It Happened One Night From 1934.

A memorable scene from the film. along with the divided bedroom section of the film as well.

I neglected to attach an image from the film so here is one now.

I do agree that 344 shouldn't present a problem in being identified.
  • 344 seems to be going nowhere, so...
Sophia Loren in Heller in Pink Tights.

  • The final clues for 346 are The Beatles and The Smiths.
  • It is so frustrating because I feel sure I have seen that image, but just can't place it, and for once your clues aren't helping! I feel sure that once you reveal it, I will be going "of course"!

You have auctioned off seven of the poster source item where the image was taken from Bruce., so you may  end up saying ''off course''

O.k. it is time to reveal the answer to 346. I will admit that it was a difficult entry,

Diana Dors was the beauty in question. The scene is from a film that she was proud of titled Yield To The Night (1956) .In the U.S.A. it was re-titled Blonde Sinner.

She featured on two album covers in later years.. Firstly on The Beatles Sgt. Petters Lonely Hearts Club Band in 1967, then on The Smiths Singles album in 1995. featuring a scene from Yield to The Night.

  • I should have gotten that from your excellent clues alone!

  •  347  348

     349  350
Although western genre movies appear to be not that popular here, it does seem to me though that at least three out of the four above new images should be easily recognised.

Let's see then if I am right with my thinking.

I think 347 is Raquel Welch in Hannie Caulder, 348 Joan Crawford in Johnny Guitar, 349 Doris Day in Calamity Jane and 350 Jodie Foster in Maverick.

I could be wrong on any or all, but they ARE very distinctive outifits (plus there have not been many female gunslingers)!

Two correct with Raquel Welch in Hannie Caulder from 1971, and Joan Crawford in Johnny Guitar from 1954,.

Two correct answers is a good result so well done. I can certainly understanf why you thought ii could have been Doris Day in Calamity Jane.

    Correct as well.
  • A clue for the lesser known actress featured in the 350 image is Tarzan,
  • Another clue for 350 is originally played the lead role on broadway in a musical that ended up being performed by Doris Day in the later film version.
  • That did it.  Actress is Janis Paige.  You referenced The Pajama Game, which she played the lead on Broadway, while Doris Day did the film.  I wouldn't exactly say 'lesser known' as she was notable in Silk Stockings and was a frequent guest on TV in the 60s and 70s.
BTW the film is Cheyenne. I did have to work a bit to find that.

Correct for 350, Cheyenne from 1947. The lesser known comment referred to her not being remembered that well today, and not during her acting days.

My earlier clue of Tarzan referred to the actor featured in the following scene. Bruce Bennett played Tarzan on screen in the 1930s when he was then billed as being Herman Brix,
