Name The Australian Film Poster With Two Printed Censorshipd Ratings?

I recently noticed an Australian daybill poster printed with two censorship ratings appearing intentionaly. Any ideas what this rare poster's title may be? I understand why this happened so there may possibly be other examples as well so your answer may be different from the one I know about. A clue is it is from the 1980s.

They were intentionally printed on the poster by the printer. One rating appears on the poster and a little underneath it the other rating appears. Seeing this question I have presented is a hard one a final clue is that the film is Australian.

    Very good Ves.

In November 1984 the new PG rating, with a lot of new guidelines applying, had replaced the NRC rating.

I believe what happened is that this poster was in the designing / printing process when the new rating was announced and rather than altering the poster the additional new rating was just added.

If any other examples of two censorship ratings printed on any posters around late 1984 or early 1985 are known I would like to see them posted on this thread.

  • Not really...I only noticed it the other day when I was updating...made a note to get in touch with you later when I had time to ask why...I guessed overlap of censor rating change, but wasn't sure why they would have left both...learned something...thanks!
  • Heres one with three ratings! The NZ sticker was added of course but its interesting that the Australian details were not blacked out or obscured.
