Hell yeah - way too many times.  And nearly always by those who think they are doing something "cool" by posting it.  But of course they had no intention of bidding themselves (or barely EVER even buy posters themselves anyways).

Private messages are such any easy solution.  Although those in need of attention will no doubt continue trying to get their misguided kudos by screwing over others...
