The bottom figure looks like an equally "scary" Wolf Man. Is Jimmy Durante under the fur in that image?

 The image reminds me a little of a combination of Ratboy ( 1986 ) and the animal experiment mutant from Island Of Lost Souls ( 1932 ).

            Note how the Wolf Man from House Of Dracula ( 1945 ) undergoes a facial reconstruction. Apparently the poster artist ( loosely credited as being one ) of the re-release, among other things, didn't like the original ears and thought a rodents ears would be more ''scary''.
