Long Forgotten Films Of Importance Now Available

 From top left to right - U.K. 2014 DVD from Studiocanal   Forgotten Men ( 1933 ). USA poster.  1935 Australian newspaper advertisement.  Bottom - 1934 London newspaper item.

A long forgotten U.S.A. war documentary about World War 1 thankfully now available on DVD. The documentary contains some historic and rare footage.

  • A one sheet for "Forgotten Men" is ranking very high in my poster want list. I believe Heritage auctioned one a while ago. If I ever get one of these, I'll start my subcollection of gas mask posters

  • This is brilliant.  I am a huge fan of these "real footage " wwi  and wwii DVDs. I recall watching the John Ford's docu on telly a while ago.
