VHS posters

Does anyone collect VHS posters and memorabilia? I'll confess, that's another of my habits, particularly the lurid colours and images from horror movies. Here's my latest video of some of my VHS collection.

  • I used to buy 'em cheaply or get 'em free from the rental stores, especially the mom 'n pop ones, and then just tack 'em up on the wall, but those posters are long, long gone. I wonder what movies they were for?
  • Your video makes me feel like I'm B-A-C-K in the video stores of yesteryear! Quite the collection...
  • I do like to grab them if one pops up that pushes my buttons. A lot of great horror went straight to VHS in Australia, so the video posters are all we have! I'm always looking for the Palace Explosive poster for 'The Killing of America'.

I've got one of those (laminated, as many video posters seem to be) - should have put it on the video!
  • I do have a few argentinean video posters. I try to grab them when they appear (if they are horror mostly) but they are WAY scarcer than theatrical posters!
