Is it just me or is/was there less posters in the EMP Mini/Major this time round?

Yes, I noticed that there were only two parts...  I don't think I've seen one in the past few years less than three parts that also included at least one set on non-linenbacked items...

That's what I was thinking, where was the non-linebacked posters? Also isn't there usually a weird sizes category non-linenbacked?
