This stock daybill is puzzling. Did the artist just draw generic images or were the images of certain stars and films similar to my previous quiz?

One image reminds me of a character from a 1960 film.

I think the girl dancer  and the elderly man holding a glass are Juliet Prowse and Maurice Chevalier from the film Can-Can. Does anyone agree?

Possible, but where is a scene with her wearing the hat? 

Certainly possible for Chevalier in Can-Can, and I'd say the guy with the hands together is likely Sinatra from the same movie - an unusual pose.

I'm glad you agree David in Can-Can being one film.It crossed my mind the couple you mentioned, along with the couple walking together was Frank Sinatra ( badly drawn ) with ? but the girl looks nothing like Shirley MacLaine. If you search eMovieposter for Can Can and have a look at the US insert poster you will see a group of female dancers, including Juliet Prowse, with the  same costume or very similar, including the hat. The drawing on the stock poster looks like Juliet Prowse to me who features in the insert poster.
