Originally banned in Australia the above daybill printed for the New Zealand release in the late 1950's.
The film eventually was passed by the Australian censor receiving a certificate of registration on the 01- 11- 1972 and released after that.

The following are New Zealand daybills that would have been printed for the partnership of Columbia & Warner Brothers and at least with the first daybill they were handling N.Z. distribution of Disney product.
Printed most likely in the late 1960s Printed between 1979 & 1984.
A few I've come across in the big sort out:
Hey There, It's Yogi Bear.
Australian daybill. New Zealand duotone daybill.
New Zealand Deluxe Special Daybill.
The Werewolf, The Man Who Turned To Stone and Creature With The Atom Brain were all banned in Australia in the 1950s and not passed for exhibition in Australia until sometime between 1969 and 1971 but the three films were passed for exhibition in New Zealand .
The Werewolf was classified in 1956 with a R16 rating after cuts.
The Man Who Turned To Stone was classified in 1957 with a R13 rating after cuts.
Creature With The Atom Brain was classified in 1957 with a R13 rating and apparently without any cuts.
My question is has anyone sited the daybills that were printed for the New Zealand only releases by Columbia pictures? I am thinking duotone printed styles as I believe I may know the printer's name for one of daybills and the three were possibly printed by the same printer.
