I think linen backing is ones own choice, and collectors have as many opinions why and why not to linen backing.

lol, the majority of posters I am restoring are for Morris Everett Jr. the largest collector in the USA. With my own collection of restored posters I have them framed. The majority of posters I restore for people are then framed.

A question, what do restorers use to fill in small paper loss, like large pin holes, or tears along fold lines with small paper loss? It is too small for a paper fill. Are there compounds out in the art word to fill in small holes that are acid free…

This poster has not been up for auction in the past, very rare. It was full of wrinkles, and paper loss. I won it at a very reasonable price and restored. This was a difficult restoration.
