He was great at keeping me posted and asked along the way what, if anything I wanted restored...and I am glad to say my minimal resto approach appears to have rubbed off on him a bit

Ok. Another Daybill backed this morning. Gotta get the work in early here in AZ this time of year! That Certain Feeling-lovely Richardson artwork! -minimal resto needed as there is a small area of paper loss in the upper right border, and some very minimal color loss in the top fold line that will get touched up. -taking a less is more approach for the first time, i did not bleach the poster to lighten up the borders, or attack those slight spots in the left side border....took a lot of will power to do this, but no bleaching.... BEFORE--- Just after washing---

Have you and Charlie found when you back posters onto linen, that pinhole marks expand a little to close over the hole? Thus reducing the pinhole size.
It's a relaxing Sunday afternoon in the poster lair as I sip on a cold one and watch one of my all-time favorite flicks, the in-house color artist is touching up Paths of Glory.

This particular Paths of Glory needed minimal fold line resto but the black is always challenging as watercolors dry a matte. We can get them to "shine" up a bit though. It also has a stain that required some coverage in the blue field. It'll turn out quite nicely.
Looking good Mark, I'll ship my bits (and yours) later this week. I'll go for the snail mail method, so you should just get it in time for your September preferred start date.

Wont need any real restoration- maybe a slight bottom fold line burnishing.
