Seven Year Itch converts to nearly $2500A. I'd be tempted to sell mine for that.
    Go on then.

I thought 7k for the vertigo one sheet was a little on the high side given the condition of very good
Re "The orange color has been enhanced. Very Good+ on Linen." Does this mean that the orange was airbrushed orange  or there is another technique to enhance color?
I'd say that means there was a lot of airbrushing. Very Good + is one of the lower grades for Heritage. Linen backers say that Vertigo one sheets can be the most time consuming to restore particularly when the orange has faded a bit.
  • Thanks John. Yes I can now imagine trying to airbrush orange around the spiral!
  • One fan missed out due to the stain...

"Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase Australian Daybill sold for $573.60 at Heritage Auctions today. The left side--hard to see in the image here, had some staining on it up and down on the left side visible in the larger auction photo, possibly water stain, not sure, so I did not bid on it"

  • Oh the Children of Divorce long daybill went cheap!  ARGH...darn it...if only I didn't have to save my pennies for something else!

I can't remember....does the Seven Year Itch daybill even look like her?

What! Obviously not a nutter movie poster collector.

Absolutely! The title has a remarkable similarity to the film Monroe stared in...
  • A better likeness than Don't Bother to Knock ;)

I think dont bother to knock has a better image of monroe. Can someone please upload a close up?

    Thanks david. Nice.
  • I agree with you Sven. Images on many of the Marilyn Monroe daybills are pretty bad but Don't Bother to Knock is one of the better ones.
